Refund & Return Policy for Products

We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange will not be available.

 

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

 

Exempt Products (Non-Refundable)

  • Ebooks and digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you need further assistance, contact us at reality.saving@gmail.com.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

We understand that schedules change! 

  • Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule a booked service to avoid cancellation fees.

  • No new date yet? If you don’t have a new date at the time of rescheduling, you have 30 days from your original appointment to select a new date. After 30 days, the booking is considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Refunds for Services

  • Timeframe: Refunds are available only within 30 days of purchase.

  • Services rendered: Once a service has been partially or fully delivered, it is non-refundable.

  • Multi-session packages: If you purchased a multi-session package, unused sessions may be credited for future use but are non-refundable.

 

By booking a service with Reality Saving, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
