Refund & Return Policy for Products

We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange will not be available.

 

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

 

Exempt Products (Non-Refundable)

• Ebooks and digital downloads are non-refundable.

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you need further assistance, contact us at reality.saving@gmail.com.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

We understand that schedules change! If you need to reschedule a booked service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• If you need to reschedule but don’t have a new date yet, you have 30 days from your original service date to select a new appointment. After 30 days, the booking is considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

 

Refunds for Services

• Refunds are available only within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Once a service has been partially or fully rendered, it is non-refundable.

• If you purchased a multi-session package, unused sessions may be credited for future use but are non-refundable.

 

By booking a service with Reality Saving, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
