Why hire a budgeting coach?
As a budgeting coach, Reality Saving will work with you to establish a realistic budget and provide tips to guide you along the path toward your financial goals. I also assist individuals who already have a budget by offering suggested adjustments to help them do even better. The Reality is that everyone can benefit from guidance to uncover blind spots in their budget that you might be missing. No matter your financial situation, a budgeting coach can reduce the chances of falling short of your financial goals, which will potentially allow for more opportunities and choices for years to come.
02
What can I expect during a coaching session?
Sessions are completely confidential. Discussing your budget and financial standing requires a thorough exploration of your personal financial situation, which can understandably be challenging to discuss with someone outside of your personal space. As a budgeting coach, all information disclosed will never be shared with anyone else without your explicit approval. During the session, we will review your personal budget and provide detailed suggestions on a suitable plan for meeting your long term goals. These discussions can range from establishing a budget, creating debt management repayment plans, and emergency fund assessment and So Much More!

Why will this work better than me budgeting on my own?
If you’ve made it this far, your interest is already peaked on the possibility of working with a budgeting coach. There’s a lot of information available at your finger tips that provide you the resources to learn the concepts needed to create and manage your budget wisely. However, what these tips won’t do is provide you accountability towards reaching those goals. A budgeting coach will assess your financial situation and provide the support you need to make suggested adjustments to move you forward on your financial path. Keep in mind that a budgeting coach is not a miracle worker. However, we’ll be in your corner to cheer you on as you tackle budgeting your finances and set you up for achieving your personal financial goals.

What's the difference between a Certified Public Accountant and Budgeting Coach?
Great Question! A Financial Advisor is a trusted guide who supports individuals in various financial capacities.

Financial advisors act as consultants on numerous matters, providing expert insights on personal financial issues and offering guidance in areas such as budgeting, investment planning and wealth management. If you already have a financial advisor – That’s perfect! Your budgeting coach can be a great compliment as both will help you with different aspects of building your personal financial wealth. A budgeting coach assesses your budget, examining normal/average spending for each expense based on your unique situation. They will assist in identifying opportunities to save money and pinpoint areas where optimism and unrealistic expectations may be present. A budgeting coach will help your personal finance plan assisting with development and guiding you to stay on track, ensuring alignment with your values and financial goals.

All appointments are held virtually via Zoom, so you can literally live anywhere. You will need access to the internet and it is helpful if you attend these appointments via a computer for comfortability. Do you provide investment advice?
Simply put, No. Reality Saving is here to help you create a budget and gain confidence to manage it effectively, fostering financial awareness.

I am not a Certified Financial Advisor. If needs extend beyond budgeting into areas such as investment, tax, or legal advice, consulting with a certified financial advisor or other relevant professionals may be necessary.
